Aitan has supported my mac issues for over 3 years. Apart from his expertise, he is an amazing communicator and highly intuitive in understanding issues from the client's view. His explanations and coaching are superb. In fact, I just asked him to help review a website I'm developing for my new business - his knowledge was impressive, but even more impressive was the level of understanding and knowledge of on-line presence he left me with. Mac Zen and Aitan were fantastic. I was having issues with my general set up after moving from a PC back to a Mac, and Aitan came to my office and very quickly ascertained the issues and fixed my set up. He took the time to explain how to better use my system and implemented short cuts which have greatly improved my efficiency and lessened my frustration. Definitely recommend Mac Zen for your Mac IT needs.

A neighbour recommended Aitan when I spilled a glass of water on my old MacBook Air. He was really helpful - came to the house twice, took the old MacBook away to try to retrieve the data board, and returned to help me recover files from a thumb drive. He was prompt, courteous and very helpful. I'll happily call him again when I need assistance.
